• 車輛如有損壞、遺失，使用者需照價賠償或支付維修費用。

• YOYO Cycles assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or property loss during the rental period. All risks are borne by the user.
• If the bike is returned in poor condition (e.g., excessive dirt, dry chain, faulty brakes, etc.), a cleaning and maintenance fee of NT$1,500 will be charged.
• In the case of damage or loss, the renter must compensate at market value or cover full repair costs.
