2026 Tour de France 第 5 站從 Lannemezan 到 Pau，全長 158.3 公里。官方路線將這一天列為 flat stage，但仍有 1600 公尺爬升，最後 25.6 公里前還有 Côte de Baleix，1 公里、平均 8.8%，屬於三級坡。
這是今年環法第一個真正給衝刺車手的機會。Olav Kooij（Decathlon CMA CGM）在 Pau 的縮小衝刺群中勝出，Max Kanter（XDS Astana）第二，Tim Merlier（Soudal-QuickStep）第三。
Stage 5 賽果與 GC
官方 Stage 5 摘要確認 Kooij 拿下個人第一場 Tour de France 單站勝。Tour 官方也指出，這是 Decathlon CMA CGM Team 在環法的第 23 勝，也是這支法國隊伍自 2004 年以來第一場環法衝刺勝。
Cyclingnews 與 Cycling Weekly 的賽果整理顯示，Kooij 完賽時間為 3:29:07。前十依序為 Kooij、Kanter、Merlier、Huub Artz、Jasper Philipsen、Biniam Girmay、Mads Pedersen、Milan Fretin、Anthony Turgis 與 Søren Wærenskjold。
總成績沒有大變動。Cycling Weekly 列出的 Stage 5 後 GC 前十為：Torstein Træen 16:32:07，Sean Quinn +28，Mathias Vacek +3:50，Tadej Pogačar +7:53，Jonas Vingegaard 同時間，Ramses Debruyne +8:06，Remco Evenepoel +8:16，Isaac del Toro +8:17，Juan Ayuso +8:20，Paul Seixas +8:41。
Træen 在最後摔車中受影響，但仍保住黃衫。官方摘要也把 Stage 6 指向隔天的 GC 山地考驗：Pau 到 Gavarnie-Gèdre，路線會經過 Col d'Aspin 與 Col du Tourmalet。
一人長突圍，讓衝刺隊控場
Baptiste Veistroffer（Lotto Intermarché）從開賽初期單人突圍。官方摘要寫到 Uno-X Mobility 先為黃衫控場，之後 Soudal-QuickStep 與 Alpecin-Premier Tech 接手追擊，目標分別是 Tim Merlier 與 Jasper Philipsen。
Veistroffer 在 Vic-en-Bigorre 中途衝刺點拿滿 25 分，也率先通過 Côte de Baleix。Cyclingnews 與 Cycling Weekly 都記錄他撐到最後約 14 公里才被追回，並獲選當日敢鬥獎。
這個突圍沒有改變勝負方向，但讓 Stage 5 的節奏很清楚：衝刺隊不需要太早過度消耗，真正風險集中在最後 20 公里與 Pau 進城前的位置戰。
最後 5 公里摔車，打亂 lead-out
Stage 5 的衝刺不是標準完整列車展開。Cyclingnews 指出，最後約 5.5 公里摔車影響多名車手；Cycling Weekly 則列出摔車發生在 5.3 公里左右，涉及 Victor Campenaerts、Jasper Stuyven、Aurélien Paret-Peintre、Michael Matthews、Stefano Oldani、Abel Balderstone 與 Alex Molenaar 等人。
摔車後，Soudal-QuickStep 與 Alpecin-Premier Tech 的 lead-out 被打散。XDS Astana 在最後一公里為 Max Kanter 拉開衝刺，但 Kooij 在 Huub Artz 附近找到位置後，於正確時間點超過 Kanter。
這也是為什麼 Kooij 的勝利不只是速度。他在第一週、第一個衝刺日、最後列車混亂的情況下，完成了找輪、保留速度與最後開衝。
高溫讓補給與冷卻變成賽事條件
Cycling Weekly 報導 Stage 5 在官方極端天氣警示下進行，陰影處溫度推近 37°C。The Guardian 也描述這一天有 ice vests、ice socks、water-cooled helmets 與大量補水畫面。
對衝刺日來說，高溫不只影響體感。它會改變車隊是否願意長時間控場、車手最後 20 公里的注意力、補給車與隊友位置，以及進城前的反應速度。
這一點也解釋為什麼看似平路的 Stage 5 仍有戰術密度。真正的消耗不只在爬升，而是在熱、集團位置、摔車風險與隔天 Tourmalet 山地日之間分配體力。
Kooij 與 Decathlon：Van Rysel 的衝刺曝光
Decathlon CMA CGM Team 官方文確認，這是 Kooij 第 4 場 Grand Tour 單站勝。前三場來自 Giro d'Italia，這次則是他的第一場環法單站。
器材方面，不能把 Stage 5 當天 Kooij 的每一個設定都寫成已確認細節，因為本次沒有取得完整 bike check。但 Decathlon CMA CGM 官方車輛頁已公開隊伍使用 Van Rysel RCR-R、RCR-F、RCR-X，並列出 Swiss Side Hadron3 Ultimate 380 / 550 / 650 輪組、Continental GP 5000 S TR / Aero 111 輪胎、SRAM Red AXS、Deda Combo 與 fi'zi:k 坐墊。
官方頁也把 RCR-F 的 F 定義為 Fast，定位更偏高速與衝刺，並宣稱 RCR-F 由 Swiss Side 風洞開發、相較 RCR-R 節省超過 13W。這是品牌說法，應與實際選手當天用車、輪組框高、胎壓和齒比分開看。
Cyclingnews 的 2026 WorldTour bikes and tech guide 也把 Decathlon CMA CGM Team 列為 Van Rysel 車架、SRAM Red AXS、SwissSide Hadron 輪組、Deda / Van Rysel finishing kit 與 Wahoo 車錶。這能交叉確認隊伍的公開器材架構，但不能取代當日 bike check。
可確認與仍待確認
可確認的是：Stage 5 官方路線為 Lannemezan > Pau，158.3 公里、D+ 1600 公尺；Kooij 勝，Kanter 第二、Merlier 第三；Træen 保住黃衫；Veistroffer 長突圍並拿敢鬥獎；GC 前段沒有變動。
也可確認的是：最後 5.3-5.5 公里摔車打亂衝刺列車，Pogačar、Vingegaard 與 Træen 最後同在 +14 秒大集團；Stage 6 將進入 Tourmalet 山地考驗。
仍待確認的是：Kooij 當天實際使用 RCR-R 或 RCR-F、輪組框高、胎壓、把寬、齒比與完整車重。本文只把 Decathlon / Van Rysel 官方公開的車隊器材架構作為背景，不把它寫成 Stage 5 當日逐項設定。
YOYO 補充觀察
Stage 5 對一般騎士最有參考價值的地方，是高速衝刺不是只看最高速度。熱天、補水、煞車可及性、視線、最後 5 公里位置與輪組穩定，都會決定一台空力車能不能被穩定控制。
